PAY REVISION IN AICTE-MP CABINET APPROVED

The revised scales are applicable to teachers , librarians and physical training instructors(PTIs )of  Government Autonomous and Aided Polytechnic Colleges  w.e.f. 01/01/2006
The career advancement scheme and Incentives for Ph.D. / M.Tech. and other higher qualification  will also be applicable as per revised norms. However incentives are applicable from w.e.f. 01/09/2008
The retirement age has been increased from 62 to 65 years for those involved in classroom teaching (i.e. not applicable to librarians and PTIs)
